Colin (or anyone else for that matter) could you give me a (little more) detailed description on how to (re-)run this grub-install. I just converted a jaunty machine to ext4 using: sudo tune2fs -O extents,uninit_bg,dir_index /dev/sda5 sudo fsck -pf /dev/sda5 also changed it to ext4 in fstab
I am currently getting the "Error 13: Invalid or unsupported executable format" problem.
