I think this just means the disk is not formatted for packet writing
(MRW = "Mount rainier Read/Write", apparently.)
Maybe this is a different problem to what I was seeing -- after all,
everybody else saw it after upgrading to 8.10, I'm seeing it in 8.04.
The parallels seemed pretty close, though, and a backported update could
explain me seeing it in Hardy ..
Next time you have problems, you could try explicitly mounting it from
the command line ("mount /dev/cdrom -t iso9660") and see if that helps..
