What you asked is the following: - Right click on the NM icon, on the taskbar - Enable wireless connection - When I click on the icon of NM, I get the tag of "Wireless Networks", but there are no networks below it, but the menu separator. At the same moment, the 'iwlist scan' command lists plenty of networks - Then there are two options, 'Connection to another wireless network' and 'Create another wireless network'.
