The bit I've fixed (or believe I've fixed, anyway; I don't have the necessary hardware) is the tune2fs/cciss problem. This is in partman- partitioning 64ubuntu6 which I'm going to upload shortly. Note, though, that ubiquity embeds its own copy of partman-partitioning's source code for technical reasons, although these embedded copies are refreshed as a matter of routine before every upload, so in practice the version you need to keep an eye out for is ubiquity 1.11.19.
