Binary package hint: teamspeak-client
Teamspeak fails to work at all (can't send or receive messages) by
default, presumably because the built in OSS doesn't work with
Pulseaudio. Running it through the padsp front end, however, largely
solves the problem. Accordingly, the link in
Applications->Internet->Teamspeak should do this by default.
