Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kvm

I used virt-clone to clone KVM guests. The hosts uses KVM 72 in Intrepid
Ibex, and the Guests are Hardy Heron. After cloning, the machine works
perfectly, everything gets cloned the way it should, but not the
networking.

On the cloned guest, after trying to start networking I get this error:

eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
Failed to bring up eth0.

It seems it doesn't clone or, when cloning, something goes wrong because
the network interfaces don't get cloned.

** Affects: kvm (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
