hciconfig -a
says:
Can’t read local name on hci0: Input/output error (5)
This problem can be solved by executing:
sudo hciconfig hci0 reset
sudo hciconfig hci0 inqmode 0
If you do it automatically at system boot, your problems are gone.
And this is the same issue as "Can't write inquiry mode for hci0: Input/output
error (5)" in log.
