OK Peter, as far as I understand, you just need the last page, fine, I can do it.
I took 3 screenshots attached 1- is the origin: mouse plugged-in 2- mouse unplugged 3- mouse plugged-in again It does not correspond to what you expected the mouse is apparently recognized as PS2 (USB/PS2 adaptor) looks like sync problem???
