Rebuilding the initramfs doesn't help, but including a new hook for LVM first solve the problem:
- sudo cp /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/lvm2 /etc/initramfs-tools/hooks/ - sudo update-initramfs -c -k `uname -r` Works also with aliases in /etc/multipath.conf.
