Bug was reproduced on Ubuntu 8.10:

- open "Clock Preferences" ("Date & Time" -> "Preferences")
- switch to tab "Location"
- click button "+Add"
- select "India (GMT +5:30)" from Timezone list
- click "OK"
- close "Clock Preferences"
- check map in "Locations":

- wrong result: IST +4:30 (map pointer is refering to some place in
Africa instead of India)
