All those imports have failed as you can see on

If there are no problems in those files (and only failures that can be
seen are 'PO-Revision-Date' not updated), it might be related to bug
331094 which we'll try to solve this month (but something strange is
going on there, files seem to have exactly the same PO-Revision-Date as
what we already have, which should still be accepted).
Marking as 'Incomplete' for Launchpad until further info is provided.
