Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, Andy.

I've tried the method on that site to initiate a suspend/resume cycle about 20 
times, and have not been able to reproduce.  Lately I had a lot of issues 
performing updates in Jaunty, in the midst of which I did get a lot of failures 
with suspend/resume.  I think I stabilized those problems now, but again, I 
can't get that method to result in a crash.
Is this method doing something different than a normal suspend/resume cycle?

I will try some more later.  Thanks.
