So I open the document after closing it earlier. The list formating is all missing again, no bullets at all. I open the Style and formating menu, highlight "resume bullets" which is the style that I created. I set the bullets graphically and closed the window. I then saved the document and closed it. When this didn't work to save the styles I went to file>templates>save and saved the file as a template. But when I try to op[en the template, it opens with out the styles.
