Re Testing in Jaunty/Ibex. I will try but I am not hopeful. These versions do not support my Marvell ethernet chip(skge driver), or my Intel internet chip(e100 driver) properly and so I cannot get them to work with my LAN. I have reported this bug months ago, as far back as Hardy in fact, but never got an answer. Thus I cannot really test since my printer is network attached. Further I would need to test from the live-DVD since I am not about to install a system that does not work. But I will see what I can do.
