Binary package hint: apport
If you report a bug with Apport and the error message was translated to a
different language from English, the title and error message of the apport bug
report will be in that language.
This makes it harder for bug triagers to understand the bug report if they
don't understand that language.
Apport should translate error messages to English before submitting them
to Launchpad.
