The original issue is now fixed, however a new (less drastic) formatting
issue was introduced by the fix, which according to Paul Dubois at MySQL
is a groff issue (please check their tracker for details).
Onno, if you have any experience with groff (I don't) and can suggest a
fix, please let me know (or feel free to comment on the issue via the
MySQL bug tracker directly). Thanks!
