If you install python2.4-psycopg it will work. dapper uses python2.4 and
the package that python2.3-psycopg is no longer in dapper it was
upgraded to 2.4. let me know if you have anymore troubles with it. I am
gonna close this bug please feel free to open it if the problem is
there.
