Public bug reported: I have an external drive (NTFS) that is connected through a USB port to my desktop.
In Ubuntu 8.10, this drive is recognised immediately after starting my desktop. In Ubuntu 9.04 (Alpha-6), this drive is not recognised immediately. If I turn off the drive, then turn it on, it is recognised. The desired behaviour is to have the drive recognised and mounted immediately on boot with no intervention on my part. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- External Drive not recognised at boot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/347034 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
