I would not have thought that the fact the ath needs reloading would
trigger this error. I would suggest you file a new bug for the reload
issue. This bug refers to a hibernate which failed to complete
correctly, ie. it did not resume. If this is something you can
reproduce it is worth following the triage and debugging guide
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspendHibernateResume) and
report back here.
