Words like no. are actually specifically listed in
AutoCorrect->Exceptions to NOT capitalize as they are also abbreviations
for in "no." case "number".
I'm pretty sure this works as intended. If you can find a case where it
is not in the exceptions list and is a valid word then there might be a
bug there...
