Hi Paul,
I noticed the following in your DpkgTerminalLog.txt:

Failed to process /etc/kernel/header_postinst.d at
/var/lib/dpkg/info/linux-headers-2.6.27-11-generic.postinst line 110.
dpkg: error processing linux-headers-2.6.27-11-generic (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
It seems this is really an issue with nvidia-common and likely a
duplicate of bug 303825 so I am marking it as such. Note that bug
303825 appears to be resolved after reintalling nvidia-common or
removing the package altogether. Please comment at that bug and reopen
it if it is not resolved for you. Thanks.
