Binary package hint: rhythmbox

It's not correct to word m4a, mp3 and ogg formats as 'CD Quality' ...
it's oxymoronic to say "cd quality, lossy".

'CD quality' is uncompressed audio, like WAV or flac formats. Mp3, m4a
etc are sub-CD quality with much less audio information.

That whole section relating to ripping CDs is hazy. Trying to change the
bitrate shouldn't involve editing a Gstreamer command. Checkable boxes
for format type and bitrate are needed.
