Hi Leann, well, all I saw was a blinking cursor (nothing worked, not even SysRq- Alt-b), and then docked the laptop (X61), when the system rebooted immediately. Now it happened again, but I just powered it off and back on and got the apport popup after I logged in. I'm not sure if it's possible to get valid debug data in this case, since there doesn't seem to be time to write it on disk.
