I confirm this. OGG is general purpose container. When OGG envolved, they only used it for Vorbis(audio). Now, after it became possible to integrate video streams(besides audio), Xiph desided to introduce two new formats: OGA for OGG+Vorbis OGV for OGG+Video(+Vorbis) Read more on wikipedia.
Basically we need to patch QuodLibet code and add OGA as valid format for internal filebrowser.
