davecgs, Thanks for the document, I verified that it appears OOo adds a page break every ~ 393 inches which is roughly every 10 meters. And the display of page number for web layout is fairly useless also but displaying 1/1 isn't really a major problem.
I removed the document from the bug report after testing since it was in a publicly available location.
