hmm. I tried following that guid to fix my dsdt, and iasl provided me
with 203 errors and it crashed on me, so i have no idea if a custom dsdt
file (where do i get this custom dsdt file anyway? ) works,
and i would of posted my original file here, but when i copy and paste
TJ's commands, i get the error
bash: ${MODEL}-${BIOS_VERSION}-ORIGINAL.aml: ambiguous redirect
yeah.....
