The header and footer are output from Firefox, and the settings are saved without any problems.
If i adjust the headers/footers to display nothing and print a page, they are empty as they should. If firefox gets updated, the page url, date, and pagenumber return to the prints. This is just a minor inconvenience, but might leak intranet urls to outsiders.
