Sorry for the delayed response here to a bug you reported a while ago.
You're latest comment mentions you were able to successfully
suspend/resume.  Was this just a one time occurrence or is it successful
every time you suspend/resume now?  The warnings that you are pasted are
typically just indicative that it took longer for the system to resume
than expected.  However, it would be great to see the full dmesg output
which captures those errors.  If you could attach that here it would be
great.  Some patches are being considered at this time to prevent that
warning.  I'd also point you to the following debugging page which might
be helpful -

would be great if you could provide any answers to the additional
