I apologize for such a delayed response to a bug you reported quite some
time ago :( Can you comment if this is still and issue with the latest
2.6.28-11 kernel available in the Jaunty 9.04 Beta release -
http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/jaunty/beta . You should be able to test
suspend using a LiveCD. If the issue remains, please take a look at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspendHibernateResume and report
back your results. Thanks in advance.
