For problem with load/unload modules during sleep/hibernate/resume with
ndiswrapper I just addes a files for indicating PM to unload modules in
/etc/pm/config.d/ and it worked e.g. :
for ndiswrapper I created a file /etc/pm/config.d/02ndiswrapper as
follows :
# reload ndiswrapper
SUSPEND_MODULES="${SUSPEND_MODULES:+$SUSPEND_MODULES }ndiswrapper"

KernelOops: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from
resuming properly.
