Binary package hint: bluez
On Kubuntu Jaunty x64, the latest version of the BlueZ stack has caused
a regression where kbluetooth4 no longer starts automatically on system
startup, when a bluetooth adapter is hotplugged, or when the system
radio killswitch is turned on after being off. I have checked all of
the system log files, and there does not appear to be anything relevant
to this problem.
