Public bug reported:
Linux 2.6.28-11-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP Mon Mar 23 16:40:00 UTC 2009
x86_64 GNU/Linux
The computer did not resume from suspend and I had to restart it. After
the restart it froze completely after a few minutes and would not
respond to Alt+SysReq. On the next restart I found a clue to what had
happened: I think that somehow the video driver had been reset to the
xorg driver instead of the proprietary nvidia driver; in my experience
the xorg driver does not work with the suspend/resume or hibernation on
this machine.
ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from
resuming properly.
