Public bug reported:
When I'm logged in vt and then I click restart button in KDE it starts
shutting down, but stops moment after clicking confirmation button to
logout from vt. I have to switch to vt and use 'sudo reboot' command.
I'm using Kubuntu 9.04 Beta.
