gcalctool 5.24.1 is wrong for gradians (gon) as well, not only for
radians. It is also wrong for the in inversed trigonometric functions.

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: gcalctool

Gnome calculator, i.e. gcalctool 5.24.1, presented in Ubuntu 8.10 does
not calculate correctly in gradians (gon) and radians units. In
scientific view, switched on the radio boxes of gradians or radians
- angle units, the calculator does not change the unit who stays in
- degrees.
+ angle units, the calculator does not change the unit.

  For example:
  in Degrees: Sin(90) = 1 (correct)
in Gradians: Sin(100) = 0.984807753 (not correct, must be 1)
- in Degrees: Sin(100) = 0.984807753
in Radians: Sin(3.141592654/2) = 0.027412134 (not correct, must be 1)
- in Degrees: Sin(3.141592654/2) = 0.027412134

This is very serious issue especially for surveying engineers and
cartographers who are working with angles on daily basis.

  Additional information:
gcalctool 5.24.1, Ubuntu 8.10 (intrepid), Kernel Linux 2.6.27-11-generic,
GNOME 2.24.1
