There is a pidgin-libnotify debdiff on another bug that will send them.
And then there's a indicator-messages debdiff (yet to go up) that'll
receive them.

The attached debdiff changes the sounds in Pidgin to match the the
pidgin-libnotify to extend the timeout for those to be 15 seconds after
the protocol connects.  This seems to significantly reduce the number of
false logins for me.
