FIXED for me. I got suspicious that the resume UUID was not on my fstab. So somthing changed during the Jaunty upgrade. So I did the following: 1)Run cat /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
2) Run blkid now if the swap file UUID does not equal the swap file UUID then this may be the cause of your problem. I fixed it by: 1) Run sudo nano /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume 2) Replace the UUID with the correct one indicated by blkid. 3) Run sudo update-initramfs -u -- [Dell Inc.
