Since apport sent me here based on an oops in the past, I'm not sure
exactly of the details. However, since upgrading and following Jaunty
updates recently, I've had a few issues with hibernate and resume.
* Twice so far, on resume, the filesystem wasn't in a consistent state
(got mounted ro), so I had to manually fsck and continue. I hadn't seen
Ubuntu complain when shutting down in these instances, so it appeared to
be a clean shutdown.
* A couple of times (didn't count), Ubuntu just booted normally as if it
had never hibernated... losing my session.
* Once the screen went blank after the boot splash and the laptop was
completely unresponsive to the console (despite hard drive light
flashing occasionally).
In all cases, I hibernated the laptop manually. I take care to do this
because Ubuntu has never properly resumed from a hibernate when I let it
do so automatically (i.e. when battery runs low). I submitted a separate
bug for that a long time ago, but it was never investigated due to buck
passing.
I assume apport has attached everything else you need?? If not, let me
know.
