Great, you managed to bring back Bug #253244 into life with 9.04 beta, which is
a duplicate of this bug.
Opening "About Kubuntu" just presents the error message "The file or folder
help:/kubuntu/about-kubuntu does not exist." and in the KDE Help Center the
message "There is no documentation available for /kubuntu/about-kubuntu.". How
can one not see this?!
