I am testing jaunty beta for 2 days now. When I enable Kwin desktop effects the screen randomly freezes after some time, only the mouse can still be moved. It looks like the screen is just not "refreshed" while system is still running, only way to shut down is by pressing "pwr off button", system then shuts down normally. The problem mostly appears when new windows are beeing opened, ie when browsing for files etc.. .
