The above posted report is right after I logged into VTE1 and ran pm- suspend. The system appears to attempt to suspend, then immediately come back. After a few seconds of crunching (my dvd drive wakes up and makes sounds), I see a lot of "end_request: I/O error" errors, along with a message informing me that my root partition was mounted in read only mode.
Any ideas on troubleshooting this would be very helpful. -- [Acer, inc.
