Binary package hint: kannel
Start with a fresh Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop installation. Or, remove dockbook
by: `sudo aptitude purge docbook'
$ sudo apt-get install build-essential fakeroot dpkg-dev
$ sudo apt-get source kannel
$ sudo apt-get build-dep kannel
$ cd kannel-1.4.1
kannel-1.4.1$ dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -b
... jade will bail out because too many errors are encountered ...
Solution: `sudo aptitude install docbook'
