I haven't got any extensions enabled, but I just recogonized that I
could I resize this window at the top border while at the bottom border
the window menu is shown instead.
How to reproduce:
-> Turn your resolution to a height <= 600
-> Open the adress book in Thunderbird
-> Edit a contact
