You probably don't have a Canadian dictionary installed which would be
the problem. Look at Tools->Options->Language
Settings->Languages->Western->English (Canada). If you don't have a
graphich with "ABC" and a checkmark in it then you don't have a English
(Canada) dictionary installed.
