Hi Pascal, Sorry for such a delayed response to a bug you reported quite some time ago :( Can you try a few things:
1) try installing linux-backports-modules-intrepid - it contains an updated compat-wireless stack as of master-2009-03-04 2) if that fails, can you confirm the issue remains on the latest pre- release of Jaunty 9.04 - currently Beta - http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/jaunty/beta 3) In Jaunty, linux-backports-modules-jaunty also provides an updated compat-wireless stack as of master-2009-03-24. It would be good to test that too if items 1 or 2 don't work. Please let us know your results. Thanks. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- ath5k: Can't connect to access point using compat-wireless-2008-11-22 on ar5007 atheros hardware (phy0: unsupported jumbo) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/300962 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
