wow, i finally got it working...

i took the jumount.sh script from the
http://wiki.eeeuser.com/howto:properumountstorage, modified it (see
attachement) a little and put it to /usr/local/bin/
then i created a simple script /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/jumount-sd-card.sh
(putting it to /etc/acpi/suspend.d/ as suggested on eeuser.com didn't work)

#$/bin/sh
. /usr/local/bin/jumount.sh

finally i chmoded both scripts 0755 and it works: the SD card gets
unmounted and so suspend doesn't fail anymore

sorry for using this bug report as howto. i didn't find any better place
to store my findings for other affected users.
