Binary package hint: qpsmtpd
This is a SRU-update proposal for ubuntu-dapper package "qpsmtpd" bug
72602.
The impact of the bug is that qpsmtpd on ubuntu-dapper will only work
until system is rebooted, at which time qpsmtpd will not start until
/var/run/qpsmtpd is manually recreated. Therefore, this very simple fix
from ubuntu-feisty should be backported to make the package also usable on LTS
ubuntu-dapper.
This has been fixed in ubuntu-feisty between 0.32-4 and 0.32-4ubuntu1 in
the same way.
he attached debdiff (qpsmtpd_0.31.1-4ubuntu0.1~proposed1.debdiff) simply
adds the 3 lines to the init-script and changes the version from
"0.31.1-4" to "0.31.1-4ubuntu0.1~proposed1".
I understand that for changing debian/, changing the files directly is
better than using a dpatch, Hence this is a simple debdiff.
