No audio output from this setup. System > Preferences > Sound > Test gives the standard gstreamer pipeline error. Problem was fixed by following the ALSA upgrade instructions/script here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1046137 'lspci -vvnn' shows these two devices, not changed from before/after the ALSA upgrade. Both of them are handled by snd-hda-intel.
