I tried that and it didn't work. However I put libflashplayer.so into root/.mozilla/plugins and it did work. I used 'sudo nautilus' to move the libflashplayer.so from the Desktop to root/.mozilla/plugins. The .mozilla folder is hidden so you may need to use <ctrl h> to show the files. You cannot see anything in root unless you are root (hence 'sudo nautilus') Also the libflashplayer.so file date of Feb 3 was released on Feb 24 according to Adobe labs, the two dates confused me for a while. I uninstalled flashplugin non-free. So far so good......do let me know if any of the above is contrary to your experience please. -- npviewer.bin crashed with SIGSEGV https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/141613 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
