Just found out, if I start and press Fn+F4 (Suspend keys) and then login, the System goes downt to suspens and!!! Wakes up... no problems... If Everything is loaded, it doesn't work... So there must be a service or so which prevent Ubuntu from resume! I'll test some sings... maybe I'll find a solution!
