Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot with the Kubuntu Jaunty Beta Desktop CD.
2. At boot time, select a language other than English (for instance, Spanish or
German).
3. Select the first boot option (Try Kubuntu without changing the computer).
4. Kubuntu starts to load and KDE4 desktop appears in the screen.
Expected behavior:
The KDE4 desktop shows in Spanish or German, i.e. the language you
selected on step #2.
Actual behavior:
The KDE4 desktop shows always in English, ignoring the language selected
on step #2.

Kubuntu Jaunty Beta Live CD is always in English (doesn't honour the Language
selection during boot time)
